Play Story Partners are external groups with whom we collaborate to publish their projects, whether it be journals, proceedings, reports or books. Our publishing partners have their own independent review processes, we discuss our diamond open access and peer review processes with them when we start the partnership. We confirm our processes align and our partners coordinate and run their own review process from calls for participation, to reviews, to final editing. The Editor-in-Chief keeps in touch with Partners throughout the process. The Press and Partner sign a Memorandum of Understanding, which focuses on the intellectual property and the organization-to-organization relationship. Play Story Partners retain all their intellectual property, and we publish their work in conjunction with them. With these collaborative partnerships, Play Story Press furthers our commitment to exploring and creating the future of open academic publishing, sharing and spreading ideas and knowledge that can help change the world.
